Hotel Benacus offered a delightful stay. The staff's warmth made me feel very welcome, and exceptional cleanliness stood out everywhere. I appreciated the solar-heated swimming pool's inviting atmosphere. One downside was the limited options for fried breakfast, which might disappoint those wanting more variety in their morning meals. I found occasionally that getting a taxi was challenging during busy hours. Regardless, the location near a lovely lakeside promenade was convenient for walks into Malcesine. The room had excellent air conditioning, making my stay comfortable.
